Publisher Description
I’ve been in love with my childhood best friend for as long as I can remember. We may have shared our deepest, darkest secrets, but I’ve kept that one to myself.
Though I should’ve admitted how I felt, I’m too late when my cousin moves to our small town and sweeps her off her feet. Now she’s married and off-limits.
When I catch him cheating on his pregnant wife, a fight erupts between us that results in his death. The day I was charged with his murder was the last time I saw her.
After a decade of pushing Katie away, I’m determined to fix what I broke. She wants to pretend I don’t exist, but I see how she looks at me—with the same desire I’ve felt for years.
PUSHING YOU AWAY is book 1 in the Noah & Katie duet and must be read first.

Hot and Addictive
Kate and Noah’s story was much anticipated.
I have been waiting for this one and I wasn’t disappointed. These two belong together but will need to see if they are destined to be together.
This was hot as these two don’t let years of being apart keep them from letting the fire between them fizzle and die. A fire they chose to ignore. I’m anxious for Part 2, I need to know how this ends!
Katie and Noah
What can I say besides how much I loved Katie and Noah!!!
10 years of jail didn't change how Noah felt about Katie. However, Katie has changed in those 10 years. Can she forgive Noah for what happened?
This story has a little of everything from heartache, to happy moments, and all that comes between. I can't wait for the next book in this duet because that ending, um.....wow!
Returning to Your First Love
Gabe and Katie were best friends growing up. Everyone but them seemed to know that they each had a crush on the other, one they never acted on. When Gabe confronts Katie’s cheating husband, and accidentally kills him, he goes to prison for a decade. The book picks up when Gabe is out of prison, after denying Katie the chance to write or visit him. He knows he has to make it right. Slowly, they build back up to a friendship and then more. But not everyone in their small southern town is happy Gabe is back and this first book in the duet ends in a cliffhanger.
I thought both characters were relatable - they are hardworking people who are dedicated to their friends and family. I am looking forward to the conclusion!
I have not read the first duet in this series - the subjects of that duet, Gemma (Gabe’s sister) and her husband Tyler, are featured in this book too. I do not feel like I missed anything but it would give you more background if you read those first.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy for an honest review.
