Fractured fairytales with love as the catalyst
An anthology that spans the globe and time, putting twists on classic and (more) modern fairytales alike. A diverse cast of characters learn courage and experience wonder when introduced to magic. The traditional fantasy rules are bent, making for exciting lore about various mythical creatures. I found myself going through a range of emotions and talking back to the characters. Mostly I enjoyed the relationship dynamics, and coming up with theories. No matter how many times I was on the wrong track!
