There's no place like home—and sometimes that's a good thing.
When Quinn returned to the Sisters of Cygnus, she didn't plan on staying. But two years later, she's still there—and her enemies are closing in.
Desperate to escape, she's offered a job on the high-profile research vessel Quantum Fold. The offer seems too good to be true. And maybe it is—everyone is watching, including those who won't hesitate to sell her out.
Quinn can't run, because her secret abilities could be a game changer for the mission. But if she can't run, and she can't hide, what's left?
Like all of AMScott’s books this is a page turner for sure......if you read the Lightwave series you already know the cast of characters.......the only place it kinda slows down is right in the beginning where the story is a rehash of what happened in parts of the last Lightwave book except told thru the eyes of Quinn......luckily that only lasted a chapter and then we where back to new story lines that continued/build on the Lightwave story. Really enjoyed the read and can’t wait until the next book is out! The hardest part is finding other SF to read in the mean time that stands up to AM’s writing.....if you’re a SF fan you will not be disappointed in this book or any of AMScott’s other work.....
The Story Continues
Her heroine continues to develop as well as grow up. This is a very enjoyable installment of the series. AM Scott to grow as a writer and I look forward to the next volume
