Not always this simple

The science behind addiction shows it takes 5 years for the dopamine circuits in the brain but after only a month it is significantly improved after a year you are about halfway back to being able to feel dopamine consistently. This method is good to get you started and yes it does work but typically the urges return and the method may not be enough for everyone. If you attempt this method remember everyone is different and it takes time for your body to be able to enjoy normal life enough to not feel depressed or anxious all the time after your ten days

Good but not for everyone

This is good information for some addictions and some people that haven't been physically addicted too long. But for others that have a major physical addiction, it could be dangerous.
You should also fix the grammatical errors. It is hard to read and made me want to walk away. Luckily it was short enough to hang in there.
Books, regardless of cost, should read properly and should not be published otherwise.
