Quit Repeating Yourself
First off - I have to acknowledge that I have had the great privilege of having engaged in several conversations with the author - so - I had high expectations for this book - based off of the extraordinary quality of interactions that I had with Jaime prior to purchasing this.
Having said that - the content in this book - and the value of what Jaime is sharing in it - has far exceeded even the loftiest of expectations that I had for reading this.
Jamie’s authentic character comes through in every page of this book - and his willingness to be so transparent with his own failures - and subsequent triumphs - juxtaposed with his remarkable creativity and wit - make this book a very enjoyable read - and one that is absolutely busting at the seems with important life lessons - deep insights - and meaningful wisdom - that if applied - could save any aspiring entrepreneur significant amounts of time (that would be lost focusing on the wrong things) - money (wasting it on solutions that don’t work - and that don’t address the real underlying issues) - energy (when we keep spending our energy on tasks that are depleting and unfulfilling - we unnecessarily drain ourselves of precious bandwidth that could be used in pursuits that would produce a much much higher return on investment of our energy) - and ultimately - relationships (burning people out due to poor management - and yes - this includes the entrepreneurs relationship with themselves!!).
So - I highly highly recommend purchasing this book - and taking the time to really reflect on the wisdom subsumed within it - and then figuring out how you could apply it in your life and business - to help you get the most out of who you uniquely are - and to amplify your impact on the people and causes you care about most!!
I promise - you won’t be disappointed!!
