Rainbow Sage and the Hair Doo Contest

This is about a pony called RAINBOW SAGE who lives in the clouds with her friends.  The ponies spend most of their time playing and romping.  Even though there is no pony leader.  The other ponies look to Rainbow for new ideas, and today Rainbow has an idea for a contest.
