Detective Zypher has been coming across some unbelievable murders over the years which has involved rats and roaches working in concert to murder Humans, and is beginning to believe that they are working together because they are being controlled by someone who is directing them towards Humans the culprit wants to die.   With Detective Quintar believing that the culprit is the twelve year old Son of his fellow Detective and Best Friend, but how can he prove the child's culpability in several murders in a court of law without ending up in an Insane Asylum himself!
