Self Maintenance - Do It Today

I bought the book after seeing some clips on the MobilityWOD site. The maintenance work we can do on our own body is impressive. I'd love to have a personal trainer guide me through the mobilizations but until I win the lottery.....

Easy to follow - even if you just try adding 2-3 things into a warmup or cool down or relax time. Excellent info on targeting and improving problem areas. A++

A Must Read For Runners And All Athletes

Let's face it, who doesn't know someone who has been injured from running? The typical path is that person is told they need different shoes or told not to run at all by their doctor. Running is a basic human right of passage, but we all need to perform basic maintenance on ourselves to be able to do it over our lifetimes.
