Fast and worth reading... In some cases
In short this book take less then a couple hours to read and has some great outlines to get started in wholesaling. The info can be used for other sectors of real estate without a problem. It is nothing game changing only a basic idea outline that promotes the authors other services... It is like an infomercial in book form...with just a little extra content to really get you fired up.. But worth reading for the price and time it takes!
