New Age Hooey!!
Ok I buy this title for 1.99. Figured it would be light and quick with a nice overview of real estate investing.
Wow. Awful. Grossly inappropriate.
The first 33 pages were somewhat informative, but very obvious about real estate valuing. More of an introduction. The remainder of the book was some crazy new age feel good philosophy of "doing the right thing" and keeping a high ethical bar and following your dreams. What a bunch of garbage!!! This book would be better listed under the self help category. If I wanted some instructions about how to behave as an adult and how to maintain strong ethical principles I would have looked elsewhere.
If you are looking for actual real estate investment information, CAVEAT EMPTOR!! This is the author's attempt at finding a quick way to force their opinions upon you, not educating you about real estate investing!
Look elsewhere for more appropriate real estate investing information. The title is misleading and inappropriate for the business section!! Should be reclassified under the self help section where people are looking for introspective self help information!!
