Crucial Read for Any Age
Peter Park is the real deal. His combination of foundation training (movement exercises) that get even his top pro athletes like Justin Verlander and Giancarlo Stanton moving correctly again, paired with cardio and strength training and nutrition and breathing is the perfect formula for literally any gender, age and fitness level. He says “95% of people including his top pro-athletes have faulty movement patterns when he begins working with them.” That’s huge! Knowing I’ve been moving and likely exercising incorrectly this whole time was a wake-up call and Peter gave me the tools to correct those movements. As a fit 30-year old woman who does the occasional bikini runway show or photoshoot - I can tell you that even if you don’t think you need to read this book - YOU DO! Peter has allowed me to take my fitness and everyday movements to an entire new level I didn’t know existed.
