Food For Thought
I would like to begin with the availability of having “how-to’s,” to make the meals in the following recipes. One thing I will have to mention is that this recipe guide would be even more wonderful if there was a "grocery list attached.” I have a BS in nutrition and I love the variety within each meal, however, the grocery list would have made this easier while having to make a one trip to the groceries for the week for the ingredients needed in this guide.
Waste of money. Repeats recipes numerous times.
