This is a great book with a great variety of recipes!

Needs some correction

This is a good book with some GREAT recipes, but the publisher needs to make some corrections. The book’s references to other recipes are not always correct. For example, the book refers you to page 176 for Ethiopian Berbere Spice, when page 176 contains a recipe for Tasy Brussels Sprouts. The recipe for Berbere spice is on page 344. Tomato sauce shows page 172 in the index, when the recipe is actually on page 334. The book is a wonderful resource, but you might have to do some hunting to use the recipes.
