go along for the ride
Typical styling of this author. His editor might consider another job, however. There are several obvious conflicts in the story; however, not as bad as his previous work. That one was worse.
If you enjoy Indiana Jones-styled thrillers, Christopher is your author. He obviously does his historical research but his proving that he has done so borders on the tedious at times.
