Publisher Description
Rancher Joel has a problem. He and his best friend, Oakley, are both hot for the same woman, sexy local bartender, Sadie. And while she’s admitted an attraction to them as well, she refuses to choose between them, so…they’re friend zoned.
Until a little too much champagne at a wedding reception leads to an unexpected sizzling encounter between the three of them, kicking off a no-strings affair.
However, things get complicated when it becomes clear there’s nothing casual about their feelings. Add in a sensual, accidental touch between Joel and Oakley, and the threesome gives new meaning to the words “full contact.”

Well Done
Red Zone, the newest Mari Carr installment in the Boys of Fall series, tackles the emotional side of a ménage. Oakley, Joel, and Sadie have amazing chemistry and a great time together as friends but when one night after a few too many drinks the reality of something more becomes a tantalizing possibility. Each has to come to terms with both the sexual and emotional aspects of a long term ménage which means dealing with some personal history and baggage for more than one of the three. While I am not really a fan of ménage stories, Carr did an excellent job of making the characters seem real and easy to emotionally invest in their somewhat unique love triangle.
Story flowed like a movie in my head!!!
What sets this series apart from most is that it's a small town with small town jobs. There are no extraordinary wealthy residents. This story is about two cowboys, Joel and Oakley, who worked for Coach on his farm and Sadie, the bartender, whose father owns the bar. These cowboys are sexy as hell. One is straight and one is bisexual and wasn't shamed of it. They're best friends. They both wanted Sadie, separately but she couldn't choose. She told them she wanted them both. We learned that everyone has different kinds of hang ups and none of them judge each other for it. It's really all about what makes YOU happy. If it's something different than what's normal, more power to you!
I love this Boys of Fall series! Characters are amazing and the story line flowed like a movie in my head. I love it when that happens.

Super Hot!
…she was currently the cream filling in a cowboy Oreo…
One of the best lines – evah. And pretty much tells the reader the fun that’s in store for them in Red Zone. It’s a quick, scorching hot read with great story and character development. I quickly connected with all three main characters, making Sadie one of my favorite residents of Quinn. Joel & Oakley are both pretty darn delicious, but Joel won my heart. I loved it. If I were to have a complaint it would be that it ended much too quickly.
Red Zone is another winner in the Boys of Fall series. All I can say is “Keep’em comin’.”
