Reflect, Refresh and Reset

Through the adoption and learning around a social emotional learning curriculum, we reflected on the importance of the teachers themselves in this learning. Not only are our teachers responsible for facilitating a positive and supportive learning culture, they are also responsible for taking care of and nurturing their own social emotional thinking. While many sutructures are availalbe for our learners, we wanted to create a resource our teachers could leverage to reflect, refresh and reset to recharge themselves at the beginning of the school year and periodcally through the rest of the year.
