In this groundbreaking book, the author shows that every time, in the past, when humanity has shifted to a new stage of consciousness, it has achieved extraordinary breakthroughs in collaboration. A new shift in consciousness is currently underway. Could it help us invent a more soulful and purposeful way to run our businesses and nonprofits, schools and hospitals?
A few pioneers have already cracked the code and they show us, in practical detail, how it can be done. Leaders, founders, coaches, and consultants will find this work a joyful handbook, full of insights, examples, and inspiring stories.

A Lifesaver
This book began to change my life from the moment I heard about it. I am ten years in to my recovery from a disabling and misunderstood illness. I've used everything and anything to motivate myself to keep going and at some point I began to realize that I needed a future I could look forward to. This needed to be something better than the work and family environments I had experienced. When I heard about the changes Buffer (a Silicon Valley startup) was instituting as a result of Reinventing Organizations (this included requiring job candidates to read the book before they could apply) I knew I had to check it out. It did not disappoint. I am inspired both personally and professionally and I have reinvented my future. 💜
