Relation Ship

In Relation Ship Mickry 3 relentlessly direct their gaze to a female figure who wrestles with herself and with others. Naked, clad only in her honesty, she stumbles through the pitfalls of life. We feel for her – and we don't know whether to laugh or cry.

The Zurich artist collective Mickry 3 consists of Nina von Meiss, Christina Pfander and Dominique Vigne. Their predominantly sculptural works are characterised by a critical attitude towards consumption and society and are often integrated into public space. They have worked exclusively as a collective since 1998.
