Results revealed that shyness has got no differential effect on educational adjustment of the stu-dents. There is a significant linear increase in the home, health, social, emo-tional and total maladjustment as the level of shyness increased. Higher the shyness more was the maladjustment in home, health, social and emotional ad-justments in the college students.
