Wow

I read the first book based off reviews and because it was free, I finished it in 3 days and found myself buying the trilogy. This is the fastest I’ve gotten through a series because I just couldn’t put it down. I was reading every chance I had and I loved the trilogy!! I’m only upset that it’s over..

Relentless Trilogy

This trilogy has a common story line that I have read from countless authors (think Twighlight). Teenaged girl discovers that she is a supernatural being or her friends are werewolves/vampires/fairies, etc. and she is so special that she becomes the target of the uber evil villain, blah, blah, blah. BUT, this one is different! It’s actually very good. Unlike the Twilight series, the protaganist isn’t a simpering foolish girl with not an ounce of self esteem in her body. This one is a likable person with a good sense of self. The story is good, the author doesn’t belabor the scenes and the plot moves right along. There are also funny parts that make me laugh out loud in addition to the parts, like when she met her Mori, that were so touching that it made me tear up. Congratulations to the author. Well done.
