I forget often & now I know it’s all good :)

Great source of comfort…it’s easy to get flustered & berate your memory when you can’t remember something simple like where you left the car keys! I enjoyed reading that it’s okay to forget especially if it’s the things that aren’t meaningful! I will build a kinder relationship with my memory going forward & chill when I can’t remember why I walked into a room :)
