1. INTRODUCTION We have all heard the saying "time is money". It is for everyone living in the global economic today wealth especially. Let's look at the problem from commodity market angle. End-consumer requires accepting product as quickly as possible and always focuses on time to perform a service needed. Examples of speedy delivery are FedEx, Express Mail, Fast-food restaurants and emergency services. There are also other examples include which are respectively just-in-time publishing and work cells at fast-food restaurants. So under this condition, more and more Enterprise has to exploits all kinds of technologies to reduce every activity time from product design to after product sales in order to delivery as soon as possible.
