What a romance!
Lorelei is a temptress. She is really attracted to Reson, but she’s playing the field for now. I do admire her desire to make sure she finds the right mate, but she really needs to be a bit more discerning with what she believes. As for Reson, he has serious commitment issues. I have to give him credit, though; he always gives the truth as he sees it. I love his impassioned appeals when he finally makes his move. 💞
The ending is especially moving, though there is still some trouble brewing among ‘friends.’ As always, I am fascinated by the Zeno Sapien’s stories. This is another excellent book in an outstanding series.
