Emotional, dramatic 2nd chance
I should have been dealing with a well issue but I couldn't put Reunited in Love down. I was reading about the Harrington siblings, all successful in their own right. They are not only an inspiration but they give me hope that there is hope for a second chance.
Ava had been her life change overnight. Instead of whining she stepped up with her brother, Dane, to make sure her younger brothers and sister wouldn't be taken away and would be taken care of. Instead of remaining in school she went to work in a nursing home where she met Ransom. (OMG!! I love that name. He isn't half bad either.) Both are working toward a better future, but things go awry.
Love doesn't always die. Love doesn't always crumble. Love doesn't always go away. Sometimes love can be rebuilt if you have the right pieces. Ava and Ransom are brought back together by circumstances of necessity. Do they have the right stuff to rekindle the love they walked away from fifteen years ago?
Tension explodes off the pages. Denial hides in the binding. Clues of their true feelings hide within the chapters. Ransom's moves had me swooning. He will try anything to fix his past mistake in order to win Ava back. It was a mistake he didn't completely understand until he watched Pretty Woman.
