Many books describe the failure of the relief and development sector, and the disastrous conditions that now exist for maybe 3 billion poor people in this world. This book asks how and why this comes about, and suggests an evolutionary way forward so that relief and development resources are used much more effectively for the benefit of the world's neediest.
