Richter the Mighty

Cody and her little brother Billy are on the run, hunted by their powerful father--President Wilhelm "Hick" Richter. A coke-sniffing, hamburger-gorging septuagenarian with erectile dysfunction and a young, contemptuous, cat-collecting wife, Richter faces financial ruin and prison. His kids are about to finger him for murdering his first wife, while drug-addled, dim-witted thieves have beheaded his lawyer and stolen his $100 billion fortune. What to do? Sell national secrets to the Russians in exchange for quick cash. Deploy thugs supplied by the Russian ambassador to kill the kids. Send a hipster hitman from Brooklyn to retrieve the stolen cash and whack the thieves.
