Ok book
This book was ok. It was really more how to care for a bird than being specifically geared toward caring for a ringneck. The author also repeats information several times in the book and it seemed like filler to me.
She did seemed very knowledgable of the diseases a bird can get.
An examples of my frustration in this book: she mentions a buffering phase these birds go through. Once she says it last a few months and another time she says it last a year. Also, she once said the bird will live 15-30 years. Wow, that's got it zeroed in. Then, twice later, she says 20 years.
I maybe be too picky but it seemed like a mediocre book on how to care for birds and stating common sense. I was looking for a book that was specifically about caring for ring necks.
