Felt rushed
Things happened fast, especially with the cat girl (although that’s an improvement over those cherry boys that run screaming when a girl touches their hand), and her ranking change from A to S was…hidden? until it was just there. I didn’t see it, anyway, so I believe it wasn’t well plotted in the manga. Taming was over without any hint of actual taming being done, which also felt awkward.
Like many mangas, there were way too many fight scenes that were no more useful than a kindergartner’s scribbles, as far as tracking action. Skip panels till the fight’s over? Yeah, probably should. I think being unable to interpret a panel means the artist needs to work more carefully. The cat girl is drawn pretty cutely, even though the details of her outfit seem to change their mind (buckles and snaps?).
Maybe I’ll just look for the text version? The story has promise.
