Excellent novel on overcoming tragedies
I stumbled upon this book when I finished my second tour in Afghanistan and thought it maybe a good read. I am truly humbled and proud of Sgt Rodriguez for his battles on overcoming PTSD and working towards his goal. So I thought he did it so it’s possible, it helped motivate me towards my goals in life and keep pushing forward. I recommend this for anyone has struggles from the war or has had unfortunate experiences. Very inspirational and motivational.
