Rising Above the Storm

In this book “Rising above your Storm” Dr Paul Lutchman brilliantly describes how one can storm-proof his/her life and use the discipline of faith to overcome the challenges thrown at them. Faith lifts us over the realm of our own natural capabilities and makes God’s possibilities come alive in our ‘impossible situations.’ There is an ongoing tension between ‘faith’ and ‘sight.’ Our old nature is at home in the world of senses and it demands tangible evidence—something that can be seen and touched. As Christians we need to cultivate the new nature which is able to trust God and His Word without demanding evidence.
