Robert A. Gardner v. Elinor Chechak Gardner

This cause is before us on appeal of appellants conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to sell. Appellant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained following a traffic stop, which led to issuance of a search warrant for a motel room. After careful consideration, we affirm.
