Robert Hasnudeen and Tracy Hines v. Onan

The trial court did not err in its analysis of the validity of claims of unlawful discrimination asserted under the Minnesota Human Rights Act by application of the procedure set forth in McDonnell Douglas Corp. v. Green, 411 U.S. 792, 93 S. Ct. 1817, 36 L. Ed. 2d 668 (1973) and elaborated upon in St. Marys Honor Ctr. v. Hicks, 509 U.S. 502, 125 L. Ed. 2d 407, 113 S. Ct. 2742 (1993) in this so-called "single-motive" case.
