Robert L. Barker v. Dr. Howard R. Francis

FACTS. - Drs. Howard and Larry Francis agreed to sell certain property to Barker in an earnest money agreement which they intended to have their attorneys rewrite. Howard & Larry reneged. The property was owned by Howard and Larry and their wives. PROCEEDINGS. - Barker sued for specific performance. The trial court awarded nominal damages, and Barker appealed.
