Robert Zepeda v. State Texas

A jury found Robert Zepeda guilty of murder and sentenced him to twenty-five years in the Texas Department of Corrections. By eight points of error, appellant challenges the admission of certain evidence, the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury findings, and the trial judges refusal to include involuntary and voluntary manslaughter in the charge. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
