Robinson v. State

In 2005, a Tarrant County grand jury indicted Robinson for sexually assaulting Angela, his ex-wife.The parties filed various pretrial documents, and then under a plea bargain with the State, Robinson pled guilty, waived certain constitutional and statutory rights, and entered a judicial confession. The trial court deferred its adjudication of Robinsons guilt, placed him on ten years of community supervision, and delineated several conditions of the community supervision.
