Ellie Martin, a gossip blogger, has been hired by a new network to travel with the rock band Dream Defiled and document their concert tour. Tragedy has recently forced the band to cancel many of their concert dates. Ellie is an unwelcome presence as she videos the concerts and publicity events when the band re-launches the tour. Matthew, the quiet rhythm guitarist, catches her eye as Ellie spends time with the band. The attraction is mutual and Ellie finds herself falling for Matthew. When an unauthorized video clip of one of the band interviews is released, Ellie’s career is threatened as well as her relationship with Matthew.
This is a steamy romance with a great storyline that will grab your attention. I enjoyed how the attraction between Matthew and Ellie grows as the relationship develops and soon the sparks are flying. I love the different personalities of the band members and how they relate to each other. This is a well-written story that incorporates some of the band’s history and the ups and downs that they’ve been through. You can really feel the tension between Ellie and the band. I really enjoyed this story and I can’t wait for the next one!!
