Edward Rogers, a resident of Missouri, brought this action against the White Metal Rolling and Stamping Corporation, a New York corporation authorized to do business in Connecticut, to recover damages for personal injuries he sustained in Missouri while he was using a ladder manufactured by the defendant. Defendant moved for summary judgment. Thereafter, and before decision upon defendants motion, plaintiff sought leave to amend his complaint. The District Court denied plaintiff leave to amend and granted defendants motion for summary judgment. From these orders plaintiff appeals.
