Friends and Strangers
I liked the fact that Rekia, and all of her family and colleagues had magic. Rekia found herself in a very difficult situation trying to help someone. I liked that she could profit from her gift, even though she used it to help shady, rich characters.
I didn’t like the fact that she didn’t want to accept help from the people that loved her the most, her family. I hope she learned her lesson after this and aligns herself with people to help watch her back if she ever finds herself in the deep end.
