great read
If you like the disaster genra, after reading this you'll know this qualifies as one. The book is well written, has a beliveable (yet predictable) plot, full of little details, including the mention of the Civil Air Patrol. The CAP's responce in the book is 100% accurate (and i should know, cuz im a cadet with the North Carolina wing)

The most unrealistic, boring book I have ever read. By the end I’d read the first paragraph of a chapter then skip to the next chapter.
