Rolling In Rome

I found this book very different due to it having been written through the eyes of a child. Yet it is not a children's book. Though it brought me to a different century yet how through out the ages it seems as though everyone still want to view, learn , and look at the same things throughout the ages. I only wish I had known what century it was written in. Perhaps I missed it in the forward. Well written for the era. Made my own longing to be in Rome more lustful in my heart.
