Older version and missing text
This is the 2000 version not the 2007. This version also seems to suffer from terrible editing since sections are missing. In the questions section of chapter 8, the questions start at question 2).
This was an absolutes waste of a purchase since it is the older version and missing essential text. If this was a physical copy I would return it for a refund.
