FARMER, J. This case is before us on an interlocutory appeal pursuant to T.R.A.P. 9. The issue is whether the twelve-month limitation
for bringing suit against a governmental entity pursuant to the Tennessee Governmental Tort Liability Act, T.C.A. 29-20-305(b)
can be extended by the Tennessee savings statute. T.C.A. § 28-1-105.
