Rose in the Brier
Very enjoyable. Very believable and well written.
Review
I liked the storyline, but there were too many grammatical errors. I seriously doubt this book was edited. Also, the writer didn’t consistently use the vernacular of the time period.
Sterling’s injuries seemed to take place in two different locations. During this time period, it was not socially acceptable to dine in a man’s bedroom, unless she was his wife or mistress.
The beginning of the book was a bit abrupt. The story and characters needed a better introduction and the story just seemed to abruptly end.
Don’t waste your time reading this book!
Rose in the brier?
Can't recall exact title. I enjoyed it. I overlooked all the tense problems. Toward the end seemed less worked out. I think the author needs a better editor but should keep writing romances
