Excellent how to information source!
This book gave me exactly what I was looking for as Rosemary breaks down the various ways herbs can be used. She lets us know how they should be used and provides formulas to begin the journey. I also like that this book is searchable and you can highlight, add notes and define words as you read. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get started in making there own herbal medicinals.
