The trial court erred in granting judgment NOV against a landowner where the evidence viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict did not establish that his methods of inspection and repair were unreasonable. 2. The verdict of no landowner negligence was not so contrary to the preponderance of the evidence as to support the granting of a new trial.
