PRAISE FOR 7 BRIDES FOR 7 SOLDIERS:
Each book in the series has been written by a different author. What I find so amazing is that you would never know that. Each book links with the other books seamlessly. This can be a stand alone but I do think you'll get a better appreciation for the series as a whole if you read the books in order. - Tina
The feelings come across that remind you of a family, not by blood but by experience & similar goals. This was another wonderful book in the series & well worth the money & time to read it. - PamD
I loved this series of books. The bond the seven men had with each other and with the town was something special. This book was a fitting end to the series and I enjoyed the surprise at the end involving Miss Woods. I hope these authors will collaborate once again! - Nanakay
Customer ReviewsSee All
Sweet, but still oh so steamy. LRH may usually write books with more action, but that doesn't mean that this was a disappointment. Far from it. Ross holds it's own in the world of contemporary romance.
Ross and Holly were a good couple. First impressions aren't all that they seem, especially when the media is involved, so Holly learns for herself that Ross isn't the type of guy that the media paints him to be. He may be rich, but he's a good guy with a good heart. She also stands up for herself, but isn't too prideful to not let Ross step in when there's a need. They strike a good balance together, and discover parts of themselves they didn't realize were there- especially Ross. I believe that's what makes a good couple; and for some, it doesn't matter how much time you know someone- sometimes you just know and that feeling can hit from way out of left field.
Wild Whiskey Night
Hubba, hubba, hubba. Ross is one sexy gear head. And there is a lot of substance to him. Even better is he wants Holly to be happy and he knows that means running the distillery. Even though his destiny is supposed to be running the distillery, it's not his dream; it's Holly's dream.
She wants to hate him, but she can't. Ross has mesmerized her. But will it last once he's paid the piper and goes back to racing?

Ross by Lynn Raye Harris is book 3 in the series 7 Brides for 7 Blackthornes written by six other amazing authors! Each book is a standalone but has an underlying story that connects to each book...
Ross Blackthorne a NASCAR driver and heads up a NASCAR racing team that is sponsored by the Blackthorne Whiskey Distillery. When he has a fiery crash his father decides its time for him to give up racing and run the Blackthorne Whiskey Distillery in Lexington, Kentucky. Not fast enough for him but he thinks a few days there and he will be back racing...not. What he doesn’t expect is Holly Brooks, the woman running the day to day operations.
He’s a playboy with a fast paced life while she has patience, tells you like it is...will these two be able to work together, dig deeper to the real person underneath all the hype, share a love for the whiskey or will it all just crash and burn?
Phillip by Cristin Harber is up next but we still don’t have any answers to the underlying story...
