    Eat plants

    I find myself reaching for Ruffage every time I bring home a box from my local farm market. Abra Berens wrote a very useful book.

    Great book

    I bought this last year when I heard about it from Milk Street Radio. The recipes are all accessible and delicious. The author also shows you two or three variations to most recipes. Great writing and great photos.
