Susie Bipp is a spoiled little rich girl who can have anything she wants. One day she sees her neighbor's beautiful black cat, Simon, and falls in love with him. When Simon's owner, Mrs. Payne, refuses to sell him to her, Susie decides to steal him. She quickly discovers that things don't always turn out as planned.
