Sacrifice is the real deal
Raw. Edgy. Full of surprises. This book had me on the edge the whole way through. Hawk and Banner have the ultimate real deal relationship. They’re thrown into a make or break situation and it takes a lot of fighting and digging to find out where they are meant to be. Could NOT put this down!!!

A word of warning. Have a BOX of tissues handy. Not one or two. A BOX. Be prepared for tears. A LOT OF TEARS.
I don’t normally read MC romance but I LOVE Ms. Briscoe’s work. I had to give it a try. Sure enough she doesn’t let me down. I give this book 10 golden stars if I could.
WOW!!!! There were so many times when I just had to stop reading. I just couldn’t see the words anymore through the tears. The emotional roller-coaster that this book put me through. I just don’t have the words to express the profound effect it had on me. I mean these are just characters in a book but at the same time, it felt so very real.
This is told in a dual POV format. Getting a glimpse into the main characters’ thoughts really help me to better understand and connect with them. It makes for a more enjoyable read. In this case with this story, it was so very poignant, heartbreaking.
This is a sexy read so there is just a word of caution on that subject.
Great Start
This is the first book in a new series by Laramie Briscoe Red Creek Renegades. Hawk, a newly patched MC member and Banner, the daughter of the MC President have been drawn to each other for some time and after acting on that attraction, they know it cant happen again. Until they are thrown together as guardians of his deceased brother and her best friend's son. This book is full of angst, sizzle, steam, action, drama, and some twists and turns. Great read and great new series.
