Perfect for planning a Saigon itinerary
Excellent resource, detailed, fascinating, colorful. The guide opens with listings of the top experiences that you may wish to visit. Since I have not previously been to Saigon that list is really more than I could hope to see in a few short days and deciding which ones to pick will be a challenge. The most extensive sections in the guide are the eating chapter which covers around 60 local dishes and 120 restaurants, most of them are local eateries with fascinating Vietnamese food.
The guide is well written and is very comprehensive. The copy I have reviewed is listed in May 2014, thus all information is very up-to-date. If you plan on a trip to Saigon then this guide is a must for your planning.
